When my business had grown from 4 to 8 employees in 6 months, I was failing as the leader, which was a new business role for me. I worked 80 hour weeks, was always tired, had a lot of anxiety, had a negative attitude which was destroying my company, and I didn’t seem to have time to keep up with my tasks. You helped me to gain the knowledge to step into a true leadership role, and to learn the business relationship skills I desperately needed. Now my business has 13 people, and is an amazing team which I am leading with confidence and trust in about half the time, plus I feel rested.
